View full sizeWe had a wonderful fun day today! The weather was perfect. It was about 75 degrees and sunny and a little breeze. We went to Riveredge Nature center and had a family picnic. After our picnic we went for a hike. We ran into a group studying the vernal pond and Ella was able to look into their bowls and see what they had found. They had things like tadpoles, salamandar larvae, cadis fly larvae, dragonfly and damsilfly larvae, leaches, and tiny fish. She loved it. After ou hike we went and got ice cream cones. It was Sophies first cone. She loved it. She did pretty good eating it with minimal mess. It was just the best family day. Thank you Lord for the beautiful day and for our family. You are such an amazing God. You have blessed us with such wonderful creations!

Beautiful pictures!!! You guys have such a beautiful family (yourself included...Janel you are such a beautiful person whether you feel it or not!:) ) I'm so glad you were able to spend the day as a family...and you were able to feel more like yourself again, and do the things you enjoy the most.
